1. Returns for Change of Mind
You can return any items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns after this period may be denied.
A 20% restocking and administration fee applies to all returns.
- Items must be unused, uncut, and returned in their original packaging.
- Products that have been cut, used, or installed cannot be returned or refunded.
Shower and wall panels are building materials and must be cut before installation. Minor defects or slight damage to edges, corners, or the back of panels are normal and can usually be fixed during installation. For guidance, please contact our technical team before installation.
To Return Items
- Arrange for the products to be sent back to us at your own cost.
- Once received and inspected by our warehouse team, refunds will be issued minus the 20% handling fee.
Before installing, you may wish to cut at least 20mm from each end of the panels to ensure they are straight and level. Our technical team can advise if you are unsure.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product is damaged, faulty, or not as described:
- Report the issue within 14 days of delivery. Claims after this period may be denied.
- Provide clear photographic evidence showing the damage, fault, quantity affected, and your order number.
- We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
- Always inspect goods before signing for delivery and sign as "Damaged" if issues are visible.
- Products that have been cut, used, installed, or not returned in original packaging are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- No claims can be processed without photographic evidence and order details.
3. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails and results in order cancellation rather than re-delivery, refunds will be issued minus a £29.99 carriage fee to cover the original delivery cost.
4. Important Information
Batch Numbers
- Products are manufactured in batches. Slight colour or shade variations may occur between batches.
- Please ensure you order enough panels to complete your project and keep batch numbers for future reference.
UV Exposure
- PVC panels should not be exposed to direct or indirect sunlight.
- Store and cut panels indoors to prevent thermal distortion or discolouration.
Hiring Tradespeople
- Do not arrange installers or tradespeople until your order has arrived and been checked.
- We cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to delivery delays or product issues discovered after booking tradespeople.
Delivery Timescales
- Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by transport or logistics issues.
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund under UK consumer legislation.
